I bought the Mr. Coffee cafe latte maker as a “might work” on the recommendations from others on Amazon. Like many people, for many years I had terrible latte’s at Starbucks, then one day I went to a small bakery chain called Arizmendi which made latte’s with coffee from a roaster in San Rafael, CA called the Equator Coffee and Teas.

I’m a decaf latte drinker (I like the taste, don’t need the kick) and the Equator decaf espresso is remarkably better than most regular coffee you’ve ever had. You could buy a mukka pot which is a serious pain, or you can buy this amazing Mr. Coffee BVMC-EL1 Cafe Latte machine for around $79 (current price as of this review), buy your coffee pre-ground from the Equator, and enjoy a latte that is at least 90% of what the much more expensive machines produce. + Continue Reading

T-fal ZE5813US Balanced Living 550-Watt Juice Extractor with Stainless Steel Filter

A very clean juicer to use T-fal has a low and high speed, low speed works best for soft items (grapes, kiwi, etc.)  I was actually pleasantly surprised by the quality of this juicer. Although there are juicers that are more powerful than this out there (1000 watts or more compared to 550 watts) I never feel like this thing is under powered.

It can juice everything with relative ease. One of the things I love most about this juicer is how easy it is to disassemble and clean.  This juicer is very easy to use, and if you have kids… they will love to help you juice. It’s design is safe for them to help you with the task as well. Other more expensive juicers use aluminum or stainless steel… but then again, you’re paying for that premium as well. SPT 18-Inch Portable Dishwasher Stainless Steel

It took me a long time to decide whether to buy SPT 18-Inch Portable Dishwasher or not as it is 500 dollars. But after two months I never regret and want to recommend to everyone. I can’t live without it now and hope I had found it earlier. Bought this to accommodate our small kitchen & didn’t want to take out cabinets to put in a built in dishwasher.
